About the UK Number Plate Archive

Welcome to the UK Number Plate Archive, a passion-driven project dedicated to documenting vehicle registration plates issued by the DVLA. Aiming to log all registrations that are complete words, however notable, closest possible and just general sub-zero plates. (e.g 1 MUM - 1 DAD Pair or SS55 SSS - unicorn plates). When adding a complete word plates to the archive currently we are trying to follow 1337 text (1337 speak wiki) or text speak (text speak-wiki).

How It Works and We work

Plates are organized alphabetically by their first letter. You can browse by clicking on any letter in the navigation bar at the top of the page. Each entry includes the registration number and may contain additional information about the vehicle or the history of the plate.

Plates you see are sourced from all over the web and in person spots, we do try to verify the integrity behind each plate but some may be outdated but from a good source. We do take submissions!

Contributing & Contact

We welcome contributions from everyone! If you have a picture or information about a particular plate that should be added to our registry, inquiries, corrections, or suggestions, please contact us at [email protected] or on Instagram here: (@NumerPlate).
